Try to imagine a place where all time, place and culture clashed... "The JUNK Restaurant' in Kuching, Sarawak definately falls in that categories... a mismatch of everything. as my wife theorized that all the things in this Restaurant from the Junk ship that sails around the world carrying from spices to porcelain from China.

Well for sure you'll be mind blown by this small specialty restaurant that specialized in stuffing you real good. Yummy... yes, Pacific rim Fusion food that simply makes your mouths wets... try the lamb shanks and Salmon... just gorgeous.

The Mighty Kadazans

Installing the 'Spirits Of Borneo' my sons following the steps of his ancestors and by wearing the headgear called 'Sigah' that made with woven cloth made by another indigenous of Sabah... the 'Bajau'.

The Kadazans are the descendants of the Great 'Minsopiad', a fearsome Headhunters of Borneo. Yes... 'Headhunters', hundreds of years ago, those that live in this fertile land solved their disputes by duels that end with ones head in their hands. Those that perished in this manner have to grant all the possessions of land and fortunes. So those great warriors... well literally 'Bloody Rich'.

Rest assure that with civilisation and religion... once this fearless and blood thirsty indigenous are now peace loving community that lives in harmony with other 32 tribes in this Land Below the Wind.
